📦 How to Check Your Orders
Want to review what you’ve ordered for your child? Whether it’s a lunch for next week or a pending payment, here’s how to track everything in one place.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to Your Account
- Go to belvedere-cafteria.com
- Click “Login” and enter your registered email and password.
2. Navigate to “My Orders”
- Once logged in, click on the “My Orders” tab in the top menu.
- You’ll see a list of all recent orders placed for your child.
3. View Order Details
- Click on any order to see:
- ✅ Order number
- 📅 Date placed
- 🍽️ Meal items
- 💵 Total cost
- 📌 Status (e.g., Pending, Paid, Delivered)
4. Upload Payment Receipt (if needed)
- If your order is marked “Pending Payment,” follow the instructions to complete payment via Telebirr or other methods.
- Upload a screenshot of your payment to confirm.
5. Track Status
- Orders will update automatically once payment is verified.
- You’ll receive notifications for any changes or issues.
