1. Log In to Your Account

2. Go to “My Children” Section

  • Once logged in, navigate to the “My Children” tab in the top menu.
  • Select the child whose balance you’d like to top up.

3. Click “Top Up Balance”

  • You’ll see your child’s current balance displayed.
  • Click the “Top Up” button next to their name.

4. Choose Payment Method

  • Select your the given payment option:
    • 📱 Mobile Money (Telebirr)

5. Enter Amount & Confirm

  • Type in the amount you wish to add.
  • Review the details and click “Confirm Payment.”

6. Receive Confirmation

  • You’ll get a confirmation through an email once the transaction is successful.
  • The updated balance will reflect immediately or within a few minutes.
