Need a cafeteria ID for your child? Follow these simple steps to request one online. The ID helps streamline meal service and ensures your child’s account is properly linked.

🧭 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Parent Account

2. Navigate to “My Children”

  • From the top menu, select “My Children.”
  • Choose the child for whom you want to order an ID.

3. Click “Request ID”

  • Under your child’s profile, click the “Request ID” button.
  • You’ll be prompted to confirm your child’s full name, grade level, and photo.

4. Upload a Photo

  • Upload a clear, front-facing photo of your child.
  • Make sure the background is plain and the face is fully visible.

5. Confirm and Submit

  • Review the details and click “Submit Request.”
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message through an email once the request is processed.

6. Track Your Request

  • Go to “My Orders” to check the status of your ID request.
  • You’ll be notified when the ID is ready for pickup or delivery.
